Located near Happo-One Ski Resort and Hakuba Happo Bus Terminal, Wadano Gateway Suites & Apartments is in Hakuba and provides free private parking and a restaurant. Wonderful stay in a clean and well furnished apartment. We went with 4 adults and 1 child and there was more than enough space. Beyond the lodging, the staff were all also excellent. Top class service. The breakfast every morning was also delicious. I will definitely be back if I ever return to Hakuba.

Fantastic apartment. Fully equipped, modern, clean, very comfortable. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Not ski in ski out is the only downside, but transfers to and from apartment on arrival and departure, and supermarket runs daily are very handy. We would love to return in the future.

Perfect location - easy walk to gondola or town, next door to community spa center. Staff picked up/dropped off us and bags from bus stop. Modern 2bdrm w/ kitchenette was perfect for 4 adults and 1 child. Definitely will pick this place again whenever we return.

Located at the bottom of the ski slopes between the gondola lift station and Happo Shirakaba lift, Starry Residence Suite is a ski-in ski-out apartment just steps away from Hakuba Happo-one Ski... Best location on the mountain if you’re a skier or boarder! Truely ski in & ski out. Great kitchen, hot shower and plenty of space to store things. Naoko went out of her way to make sure sheets and towels were changed and we could check in (very late) which was amazing! So many great food spots around - would stay here again in a heart beat!

The radiant floor heating was super cozy and warm. The rooms were spacious and nice. All the comforts of home. We stayed in villa 11 and was very lucky to see a group of monkeys climb the tree in front of our window, eating all the branches.
