The place offered great facilities and was very close to public transport. There was plenty of space, the bed was comfortable, the view was good, and offered plenty of comforts of home. The staff were very helpful and even forwarded our luggage for us to a future accommodation address. To top it off, there place presents very well, and there is a koi pond in the front with plenty of large healthy looking koi in it.

I strongly recommend this place and do not hesitate to visit the small Nigiri food place opposite to Lawsons konbini just around the corner.

The room was larger then most places we stayed at in Japan. The room was very clean and had everything that we needed as a Family of four. The check in instructions were the best and easy to follow. The hotel staff was always available through chat to answer questions and take care of our needs. In the lobby they had a Nesspresso Coffee machine and a freezer with free ice cream that my son's enjoyed. Was one of the best stays we had in a booking.com property. The location was near everything and the property was in a very quite neighborhood.

It’s far better than many four or even five stars that I have stayed in big cities in Japan. It’s spacious, tastefully designed, sparkling clean and quiet. Its staff is efficient and helpful. All these locate in a central place of main tourism attractions of Kyoto, many of them are with walking distance. No breakfast is provided, but, with the Familymart two minutes away you get everything you need.

Set in Kyoto, near Kiyomizu-dera Temple, Samurai Kembu Kyoto and Sanjusangen-do Temple, Komatsu Residences has a garden. Free WiFi is provided. This apartment is very tastefully decorated, has wonderful beds, is very clean and well equipped. It is very well located for exploring Kyoto. Yet wonderfully quiet. We stayed there as a family and were all absolutely delighted. Especially Mr. Takase was a great help and very friendly. I have very rarely had such quick communication with an accommodation. If we come to Kyoto again, we will take this apartment again. It is highly recommended!
