Affordable and great location with a lot of restaurants in the area.

Minutes away from Hakata Station. Walking distance to Canal City,Tenjin, plenty of restaurants ,parking, convenience stores. The room was really clean and spacious. Room has a kitchen with a microwave, a full sized fridge, kettle, electric stove etc. Washing machine,hair dryer, air purifier and TV where you can connect to YouTube, Netflix etc. Would definitely stay again if in Hakata.

We chose this hotel for its location near the river so that we have perfect river views in the morning and evening, and also for its large rooms. It's basically an apartment building with each apartment being a hotel room. It doesn't have any staff. The room was well equipped and very comfortable - we particularly liked the couch + table + tv area. The room was very clean but the bath area had a weird sewer smell. We liked that they also provided a folder with useful information and with emergency info (route to safe place).
