Really good base for a couple of nights with fridge, microwave, cooking area, washing machine, etc. Really enjoyed the privacy of the place. One point to pay attention to is: use the location that's stated in the booking. Google maps always sent me to Residence Hotel Hakata 8, which isn't the right place.

The room and bed was large and very comfortable, and was equipped with everything stated. I loved how the study/desk area was separated from the main room. The view from the apartment was great. The check-in process was very easy, and you can easily fill-up with amenties (e.g. coffee, tea) by yourself from the self-service area on the G/F. The area where the hotel was located felt very safe, and very conveniently it was located a quick walk away from Gofukumachi station, a supermarket, and a Lawson's convenience store.

We chose this hotel for its location near the river so that we have perfect river views in the morning and evening, and also for its large rooms. It's basically an apartment building with each apartment being a hotel room. It doesn't have any staff. The room was well equipped and very comfortable - we particularly liked the couch + table + tv area. The room was very clean but the bath area had a weird sewer smell. We liked that they also provided a folder with useful information and with emergency info (route to safe place).
