I chose this accommodation after reading the reviews. A lot of guests mentioned friendly staff, and since I was traveling with small children alone, I wanted to feel reassured that I could count on the staff if anything happened. They exceeded my expectations! They have staff available from 10AM and were willing to take our luggage before check-in. They even allowed us into the room because it was already prepared. This was super helpful because I needed to prepare some formula for my son before going back out. I really appreciate them going above and beyond! The room itself was surprisingly even better than I imagined. It's very roomy, and there's even a closet storage space by the entrance, which we didn't need to use, but if you're making this place your base while you travel, it's quite convenient! The kitchen was equipped with pots, pans, plates, silverware, kettle, etc. basically all the essentials necessary to make a meal. The location is close to Hakata Station, and you can also walk about 4 minutes to the bus station to explore more of the city center. There's a binder with this information in the room, but there's a Don Quixote and 24 hour supermarket called Sunny Supermarket (if you need formula or diapers, you can find them here) that you can reach quickly by bus. But it's also walkable when the weather is mild. The 7-Eleven and Family Mart convenience stores are also just down the street. And of course, the staff are as friendly as everyone says. For the cost of the accommodation, it's definitely worth staying here. I would definitely come here again the next time I'm visiting Fukuoka.

Room has a kitchen with a microwave, a full sized fridge, kettle, electric stove etc. Washing machine,hair dryer, air purifier and TV where you can connect to YouTube, Netflix etc. Would definitely stay again if in Hakata.

Hotel Star Residence - 無人ホテル provides accommodation within 3.4 km of the centre of Fukuoka, with free WiFi, and a kitchen with a fridge, a stovetop and kitchenware. I lost my iPods in the room. As I checked with customer service, they helped to find it and ship to my friend in Japan. Many thanks for your help. The flat is comfortable and the price is economical.

ALFACIO RIVERSIDE STAY HAKATA features accommodation within 3.1 km of the centre of Fukuoka, with free WiFi, and a kitchen with a microwave, a fridge and a stovetop. We chose this hotel for its location near the river so that we have perfect river views in the morning and evening, and also for its large rooms. It's basically an apartment building with each apartment being a hotel room. It doesn't have any staff. The room was well equipped and very comfortable - we particularly liked the couch + table + tv area. The room was very clean but the bath area had a weird sewer smell. We liked that they also provided a folder with useful information and with emergency info (route to safe place).

The Location is excellent, restaurants, shopping malls and parks within walking distance, Provides an adequate amount of kitchen utensils, great amount of space for such a compact place for 3 people, In addition to that it is clean
