Most importantly is the service. I also love the coffee, different from any hotel I have been to. Overall, the room was super great!! Totally will repeat my stay again sometimes.

This is a one unit in a big building of "serviced suites." Judging by the lobby traffic, I suspect almost every one of the units is listed on this site or some other similar site. The central location is perfect for a short term visit to Kota Kinabalu. The room included a nice "manual" and we enjoyed one of the recommended restaurants quite a lot. The room was well-equipped, and I was happy to find some laundry soap, as well! The pool is pretty good.
