Most importantly is the service. I also love the coffee, different from any hotel I have been to. Overall, the room was super great!! Totally will repeat my stay again sometimes.

Saya bawa travel swing utk baby sy pun muat. Jangan risau yg ada anak suka tengok youtube, rumah ni ada wifi & tv yg besar. Puas anak² kamurang tgk youtube😀 Semua excellent. Home owner pun very nice layan kami. Next time will stay sini jg. Ada pool, anak² suka😍 PS : sis, nnt kasi sedia extra plastik sampah ya👍

She helped with some additionail issue like car rental. I had also problem: left my headphones another place in KK. She organize the transfer of the parcel to KL. It was very, very nice od her. The apartment is really great located. Spacious, very clean.

This is a one unit in a big building of "serviced suites." Judging by the lobby traffic, I suspect almost every one of the units is listed on this site or some other similar site. The central location is perfect for a short term visit to Kota Kinabalu. The room included a nice "manual" and we enjoyed one of the recommended restaurants quite a lot. The room was well-equipped, and I was happy to find some laundry soap, as well! The pool is pretty good.
