Everything about the room is perfect, the scent was great, the bed was comfortable, the view was superb, the provided shampoo and bodywash were nice, and they also got hairdryer and iron . Most importantly is the service. I also love the coffee, different from any hotel I have been to. Overall, the room was super great!! Totally will repeat my stay again sometimes.

It was very, very nice od her. The apartment is really great located. Spacious, very clean.

This is a one unit in a big building of "serviced suites." Judging by the lobby traffic, I suspect almost every one of the units is listed on this site or some other similar site. The central location is perfect for a short term visit to Kota Kinabalu. The room included a nice "manual" and we enjoyed one of the recommended restaurants quite a lot. The room was well-equipped, and I was happy to find some laundry soap, as well! The pool is pretty good.
