We felt like home from the first moment of our arrival during the night. Communication was great. Apartment we had (304) had two rooms and two bathrooms + living room and terrace. Everything new and very clean. There is everything you need in the kitchen. 5min walk to the Main Street and the beach. Everything is close by, restaurants, bars. We organised also airport pick up with the hotel and on last day we could leave or stuff at the reception since we had a very late departure. People working here are so nice and welcoming, always positive and helpful. Definitely recommend to visit also the restaurant next to the reception, since we did it only towards the end of our stay! Peace of Italy in the middle of Atlantic Ocean.

Everything was great. Communication was proactive and clear, the host helped me arrange transportation from the airport. The staff was friendly and helpful on arrival. The studio was clean and had everything I needed. The building has great WiFi and a nice rooftop to hang out on. The location is perfect as well. I highly recommend this place!

Set in Palmeira, LA VELA is a recently renovated accommodation, 2.2 km from Fontona Beach and 5.4 km from Monte Curral. We reach Palmeira at around midnight (ferry from Santo Antão). After just 5 minutes walk from the harbour we reached La Vela. Milanca sent us great instructions for the self-check-in. The room has many useful details and fed all our needs. You can feel that not just the rooms were designed and equipped with great passion for the guests. The bus stop just outside was the right place to continue our journey to Santa Maria.
