A recently renovated property, Branco Suites - Rooms & Holiday Apartments is located in Santa Maria near Praia de Santa Maria, Praia António Sousa and Ponta da Fragata Beach. We felt like home from the first moment of our arrival during the night. Communication was great. Apartment we had (304) had two rooms and two bathrooms + living room and terrace. Everything new and very clean. There is everything you need in the kitchen. 5min walk to the Main Street and the beach. Everything is close by, restaurants, bars. We organised also airport pick up with the hotel and on last day we could leave or stuff at the reception since we had a very late departure. People working here are so nice and welcoming, always positive and helpful. Definitely recommend to visit also the restaurant next to the reception, since we did it only towards the end of our stay! Peace of Italy in the middle of Atlantic Ocean.

Surfzone Beachside Apartments is located on the seafront in Santa Maria, 100 metres from Praia de Santa Maria and 500 metres from Praia António Sousa. Everything was great. Communication was proactive and clear, the host helped me arrange transportation from the airport. The staff was friendly and helpful on arrival. The studio was clean and had everything I needed. The building has great WiFi and a nice rooftop to hang out on. The location is perfect as well. I highly recommend this place!

Set in Palmeira, LA VELA is a recently renovated accommodation, 2.2 km from Fontona Beach and 5.4 km from Monte Curral. We reach Palmeira at around midnight (ferry from Santo Antão). After just 5 minutes walk from the harbour we reached La Vela. Milanca sent us great instructions for the self-check-in. The room has many useful details and fed all our needs. You can feel that not just the rooms were designed and equipped with great passion for the guests. The bus stop just outside was the right place to continue our journey to Santa Maria.

Sal Service - Beach residence is a beachfront property situated in Santa Maria, 300 metres from Praia de Santa Maria and 1.6 km from Ponta da Fragata Beach. Located in a quiet area, few steps from a very nice beach and also scooter and car rentals, and within 10mns from center which was great Bed is comfortable and we slept very well, there were sometimes some dogs outside but this is the case in almost all santa maria and it wasn't frequent and didn't disturb us much (despite being light sleepers) Dima was responsive and provided all necessary for our stay + also local tips Very good price value overall
