The apartment was great, in a quiet area and close to the pedestrian street and the beach. The kitchen had everything you needed in case you wanted to cook anything, big balcony, comfortable mattress, clean bathroom. Dali and Zuela are absolutely amazing, they arranged a taxi from us from the airport so everything went smooth. They are always there to help you with whatever you need - be it the accommodation, booking trips for you, or telling you how to find your way around the island. On top of that, when my husband got (slightly) bitten by a dog, Dali went above and beyond to find us a clinic that was open and we are grateful for that! She even helped us with other stuff after we moved to another hotel, which wasn’t her job anymore, but being the nice person that she is, she did that too. Our only regret is that we didn’t spend the whole holiday there!

A new club/bar had just opened across the street right before I arrived. So, the first night, I didn't sleep at all. I even tried 2 different types of ear plugs, but the bass was so loud that it was shaking my bed... until 2 or 3 in the morning. I told Roderick the next morning and he moved me to another room. Still noisy, so he moved me once again the next day. At this point, other guests were also complaining so he went to talk to the new owners. After that, it was smooth sailing. The noise from that club pretty much stopped for the rest of my 8-day holiday. My final apartment had a lovely view of the sea, was stocked with everything I needed, had fast wifi, and was in a great location. The bed is big and comfy and the rooftop terrace is a great place to chill. It's still noisy at night, being in the center of the city. But I was fine after the new bar was sorted, even without ear plugs. I was in the sea view apartment on the top floor. There are tons of options for eating in the area and there's a dive shop across the street, and a small surf break. I could literally roll out of bed and be prepping for a dive or renting a surf board in less than 2 min. The beach is wonderful too. Stretching for miles with plenty of space for everyone. You could even find relatively deserted spots if you walked 15 min down the beach either way. There was a bit of hassling from local sellers, but they were mostly respectful of the first "no thanks." The streets were surprisingly clean. All-in-all, I had a fantastic time. If you are a beach/water sport person, this is the place to be to escape European winters.

Apartment has only the facilities one can ask for: hairdryer, proper kitchen to eat-in, proper bathroom. Paolo is a great host as well!

The receptionists were friendly and did their best to solve our problem. The cleaners cleaned the apartment every day, towels were changed every two days.
