Loved the location, it was quiet and private, but within easy reach of the rest of Ypres. Beautifully decorated and felt very home-like, clean and comfortable.

The aparthotel is well located. The parking availability was a huge bonus for us.

Great location, stones throw from metro line, restaurants/bars nearby, short walk from Grand Place, soap/shampoo provided, free tea/coffee in communal area, can do an early bag drop before check in, facilities in the room to be self catering
The hotel was, quiet, clean and comfortable and the staff were very friendly. The reception staff were particularly helpful with ensuring we were aware of the Gent ULEZ regulations before our stay. They were also very helpful with information about public transport and visiting the city centre during our stay. The self-catering facilities in the room were very good. The secure on-site car park the hotel offer was good and meant we could safely leave our car there during our stay.
I really felt welcome, home-like. There was my name written next to my door, even though I was visiting only for one night. I don't mind shared toilets and showers as long as they are tidy, clean and used by nice people, which was the case. What I liked most was the garden, where one can have breakfast or spend the evening. Students there seemed nice people, not party drunk.
Really wonderful decor that has been superbly kitted out. Quality of the fittings and kitchenware was faultless. Lots of natural light makes it a really nice space in the summer. Really good location very close to all the sites of Ghent. It's also opposite a fantastic fruit & veg shop and a few doors away from a supermarket meaning a very practical location if you are self-catering.
