The property was good, with a nice designed interiors that created a pleasant atmosphere. The directions provided were clear and easy to follow. The room was clean, and a nice Nespresso machine was a wonderful addition to the overall addition.

Location: City center. Very convenient to walk to a lot of locations especially if you visit during Christmas Market period. There are restaurants, markets in 500m-1 km distance.
Hotel Facilities: Hotel has lockers in case you arrive early and it was very useful. They are free. Check in was easy.
Room: Room is equipped with a lot of necessary tools, couch and rooms were decent size. Couch in the room is convertible into bed which is decent for the families with children/baby.
Comfort is fine, there is nothing bad, there is nothing magical.
There is a car park right in front of the hotel in case needed.

Everything is very well explained, even if you arrive late, you know how to enter, how to find your room and everything. Every area is nicely decorated and very well mantained. Very clean and cozy. You feel home actually, which makes the business trip more bearable. The owner takes her time to meet you, answers questions and is helpful in every way. For me the best location to be.

These suite-style accommodations usually have more than 10 units per property.
Apartment in serviced apartment building. Employees of the apartment building present if you need help. Apartment close to tram station, tram goes regularly into city centre - about 10 minutes to the train station, 20 to the city centre. Neighbourhood very quiet.
Apartment hotel, it was great and we'd definitely go back. Rooms were very good with a small self catering hob in them (we never used it). Parking on site, and our 2.05m van fitted. great location, great manager on reception. Wonderful city - superb beers!!! Utterly beautiful city and do not miss the Alterpiece in the Cathedral made more famous by the film Monuments men.

The hotel was, quiet, clean and comfortable and the staff were very friendly. The reception staff were particularly helpful with ensuring we were aware of the Gent ULEZ regulations before our stay. They were also very helpful with information about public transport and visiting the city centre during our stay.
The self-catering facilities in the room were very good.
The secure on-site car park the hotel offer was good and meant we could safely leave our car there during our stay.
‘Great’ was a very different self-catering experience for us. The apartment is stunning with contemporary design and nice touches. The kitchen and bathroom had all we needed with nice toiletries. There is a roof garden with amazing views of the city skyline. The location is excellent being in a quiet area but just a few minutes walk from the city centre. Communication with the hosts was outstanding and extremely friendly and helpful. We would absolutely recommend ‘Great’ and return ourselves if staying in Ghent.
Really wonderful decor that has been superbly kitted out. Quality of the fittings and kitchenware was faultless. Lots of natural light makes it a really nice space in the summer.
Really good location very close to all the sites of Ghent. It's also opposite a fantastic fruit & veg shop and a few doors away from a supermarket meaning a very practical location if you are self-catering.
Pretty and central location. Easy check in and out with reception, with lockers for bags outside of these times. The room had everything needed for self catering and a pleasant courtyard view. Nice stylish decor.
A well appointed apartment within walking distance of central Ghent. There were lots of cooking utensils for self catering and the kitchen and living area were spacious. The bed was big and comfortable. The apartment was very clean and modern.
The apartment is spacious and adequately equipped with kitchen utensils for self-catering. The scenery of the river from one of the bedrooms is fabulous. It is also close to the city centre - shops, cafes and restaurants are just a stone’s throw.
It's just a lovely clean and tidy hotel with more than the average options in the room. It had the feel of a quality business hotel with the facilities of a small apartment hotel room.
I will be returning to the hotel in future, even though I understand there are a few hotels opening in the area in the next year.
