I liked the service, staff was nice, all of them were always available to answer questions and made changes when I needed. Location is very convenient as well. Kitchen was well equipped and the coffe machine in the lobby is a plus. Rooms are as shown in the pictures. Bathroom has a good size.

The room was very spacious and the bathroom was large too. The reception is open 24/7 and they have a few meal options available in case you need a quick bite. The breakfast was 15 euros and it was decent. The location is great if you prefer to be away from the crowd and yet be within accessible distance. I walked to most places and the area felt safe.

This property is a bit deceiving small little apartment but not what we wanted or expected upon arrival. As soon as we arrived we booked something else and left.

I really felt welcome, home-like. There was my name written next to my door, even though I was visiting only for one night. I don't mind shared toilets and showers as long as they are tidy, clean and used by nice people, which was the case. What I liked most was the garden, where one can have breakfast or spend the evening. Students there seemed nice people, not party drunk.
B-aparthotel Regent is located at Boulevard Du Regent 58, Brussels 1000. It is opposite Madou subway station and about 15 mins walk to Cathedrale des Sts-Michel et Gudule along Rue de la Croix de Fer. It is an unmanned hotel so entry is by code on first day and thereafter by card key. The room and bathroom are large and have a small space with kettle, refrigerator and oven. The bed is spacious. New towels are given every few days. Toiletries are by Rituals.
A lovely aparthotel, with stylish and practical furnishings, a balcony, and spotlessly clean. A peaceful experience, especially at the rear of the hotel. The staff are warm, kind, and eager to help. The WiFi is super fast, and there is a grocery store 50m away. Strongly recommended.

This is the only hotel I have stayed in in the past 5 years where the staff has *actually* been trained for hotel service. There is a thought to the hotel design, branding and facilities. It is beautiful and comfortable.
