The room is actually a huge apartment with a kitchen and living area. My husband had room to set up and work. Very relaxing atmosphere. The owners let us check out later. The breakfast is amazing! So many choices brought right to your room.

A very well-equipped self-service apartment. Easily accessible from bus drop-off (take Line C from train station & stop at S.Francesco Assisi; 150-200m thereafter to entrance of apartment). Exceptional location for those whose main interest is Basilica of St Francis which is just 100m away! Just be mindful that Assisi is a hill town and some up-slope is inevitable.
We were self catering and facilities were very good. The apartment was very clean and modern within a very ancient setting. The back wall is part of the old Roman remains. The apartment felt special and very peaceful.
