I love this place. We came for the second time this year, and once again, everything was perfect. The staff is helpful, the location is excellent, and the pool is amazing and clean, with a wonderful view of the hills and the village of Spello. The garden is colorful and well-maintained, and having breakfast on the porch of your apartment will give you all the energy you need to explore the neighborhood.

Exceptional location for those whose main interest is Basilica of St Francis which is just 100m away! Just be mindful that Assisi is a hill town and some up-slope is inevitable.
We were self catering and facilities were very good. The apartment was very clean and modern within a very ancient setting. The back wall is part of the old Roman remains. The apartment felt special and very peaceful.
