At check in the person before us was very upset that there is a $15 parking fee for guests. Because people park and leave their cars to go ski etc. it’s the hotels way to identify who paid to park. The employee stated why there is a parking charge. She was reserved and calm, very professional. I don’t agree that a guest should pay for parking and a slip can be provided to know the difference between cars from ones that park to adventure. However he was very upset, and rude to her. She doesn’t make the decisions as to who pays for what. I greeted her with a smile and understood the parking fee. My encounter was pleasant and very nice. I appreciate Ethiopia and Katie for their customer serves skills and tact. I will return and am okay with having a parking charge to ensure I have a spot. Especially in season. I don’t agree with it, I do understand.
