However he was very upset, and rude to her. She doesn’t make the decisions as to who pays for what. I greeted her with a smile and understood the parking fee. My encounter was pleasant and very nice. I appreciate Ethiopia and Katie for their customer serves skills and tact. I will return and am okay with having a parking charge to ensure I have a spot. Especially in season. I don’t agree with it, I do understand.
