Even my family stayed fir only 1 night, I would say we felt very welcome to the hotel. The proximity to the airport is excellent. The view is amazing, and if you are a fan of planes, you can walk by the bay and watch those big birds arriving and departing from the airport. The room is very clean too. The breakfast is great.
Great hotel if you need to stay near the airport for an early flight. The airport shuttle was really handy, and basically runs 24 hours. The walk to the BART station and nearby food places was pretty easy, but might be difficult if you have mobility challenges. Also, one of the elevators was broken when we stayed there, so that was pretty annoying as there were a lot of people staying in the hotel. There are a couple of grocery stores nearby too, as the food and snacks for purchase in the lobby were insanely overpriced.
We only liked the location. The service was poor, we were not told we had to request clean sheets and clean towels and the breakfast staff stood around talking to each other instead of replenishing the hot food or clearing the tables. The only member of staff I felt was welcoming and hardworking was Ken who worked in the bar. He made us feel very welcome and chatted to all the customers.
An overnight stay is too short a time to give a decent review. However there were numerous places to eat, and supermarkets such as Safeways & Walgreens within a short walking distance. We had a great pizza from Zorba’s Pizza across the road from the hotel
The hotel is pretty close to the airport and it located on a trail that runs along the San Francisco Bay. When you have to use the shuttle to/from the airport it might be a long wait as the shuttle seems to run only every 45 minutes.
Friendly helpful hotel, with comfortable room and amenities! Appreciate an electric jug for boiling water rather than a coffee maker. I received almost six messages/email from booking.com and hotel about reservation. Maybe this is a bit excessive. .
This hotel is a winner because of the location. We walked to the Warf, Pier, bus to China Town and Business District. Open coffee counter at the reception is a good concept, weather in SFO was Chilly (June). A bit pricey for a very basic room but it's a great place to stay if you have a big family, there's recreation area for kids/teens.
Excellent hotel! Location couldn't be better for the Bart Station to and from SFO Airport, to Oakland and Berkeley. Valencia Street for food, nightlife, entertainment and shopping. Walking distance to Mission Dolores Park, Castro Street and Market Street.

Lovely apartment! Spotless, comfortable, new and well appointed in a quiet, safe, residential neighborhood. Just steps from public transportation, two blocks from Golden Gate Park, minutes from Golden Gate Bridge and a short drive from SFO.
