I was flying out at 4 am and security helped me to get to the airline the pushed me in the wheelchair and another guy took care of my luggage that was above and beyond what they had to do. That was very nice I didn't get there name but I hope you can give them some recognition.

Only 20 dollars back to the Airport. Room was a good size and bed very comfortable. The whole place was clean and tidy. Recommend Zorba Pizza/pasta restaurant very friendly and great food, amazing pizza and also rated best pizza international.

For stay in such a high-end hotel you would’ve thought we would’ve gotten free breakfast a muffin was 5 to 7 dollars you had to pay for water you had to pay many dollars for a piece of fruit lousy customer service at breakfast specifically, I shouldn’t have to go to an outside restaurant to get my breakfast

We attended the Millbrae Street Fair which was about 3 blocks away. A beautiful city, very clean.

We were greeted by outstanding service from the staff at reception (A Spanish lady) and during breakfast a Cuban gentleman was super nice and treated us very well. The facilities stand out over other La Quintas we have stayed in before. Really recommended and our airport hotel of choice when in SFO.
The hotel is new with modern decoration and facilities, very convenient. Sufficient parking spaces and reasonable pricing in the nearby area. The breakfast is very very good, it’s the best in our whole journey, we’ve enjoyed it a lot!
Very close to the airport however the ride to the hotel costs a fortune (there is no shuttle bus). Queen beds are comfortable and there is complimentary coffee available.
The hotel was very nice and clean. It was very convenient to get to the airport. The free shuttle was a Godsend! The driver was very patient and helpful.
