L'hotel e' buono ma il problema e' fuori. appena si mette un piede fuori dall'hotel le cose cambiano di molto. la gente attorno o e' drogata o e' pericolosa di proprio e poi c'e' una sporcizia indescrivibile. l'area attorno all'hotel fa a dir poco scifo ed e' tutto dovuto alla gente che ci vive, pericolosissimo per una famiglia che cerca una vacanzina. non avvicinatevi al Queens. avevo soggiornato anni fa nella stessa area ed ero rimasto contento ma ora e' diventato qualcosa di indescrivibile, il degrado e' assoluto. non ho altre parole che: state attenti.
Ci sono locali di cucina cinese dove si mangia benissimo a prezzi ragionevoli, supermercati con prezzi introvabili a Manhattan. Però marciapiedi e strade sono piuttosto sporchi, gli alberghi costano comunque tantissimo in rapporto al luogo e ai servizi offerti.
Quartiere vero, abitato dalla gente del posto e lontano dall'opulenza dei grattacieli. Il quartiere è molto grande e non ho avuto modo di visitarlo tutto ma l'impressione è stata positiva.
Non abbiamo visitato il Queens. Abbiamo solamente alloggiato a Long Island. La pozione è comunque ottima per spostarsi a Manhattan e i prezzi sono sicuramente più economici.
Sinceramente, abbiamo avuto poco tempo per visitare questo quartiere, eravamo sempre in giro. Ma abbiamo mangiato una buona pizza, da manetta.
Posizione davvero comoda per raggiungere Manhattan in pochi minuti con la metro, risparmiando un po' sui costi dell'albergo senza rinunciare a visitare la Grande Mela in qualsiasi orario. Quartiere veramente sicuro, abitato anche da famiglie, con bei parchi pubblici. Viste mozzafiato sullo skyline
