Never going back to this location my son cut his foot on glass in the pool to the white meat on his birthday and the plan was to get an indoor pool with heated control but due to unforeseen circumstances he had to leave the pool bleeding, just to go to the room and Wi-Fi was down in the room. Tiny balcony and the amenities weren’t all made available to us. Room was not made available to us until 1hr 30mins late of expected time of arrival.
Inglewood is a nice area. It has plenty of activities and free tours and attractions. It is centrally located to stadiums, museums, Hollywood and historic downtown Los Angeles. We were overwhelmed by the traffic of a big city, as we’re from a small rural town, but it was exciting too. We didn’t run into any problems with road raging or aggressive drivers, either. People were friendly and helpful at gas stations, restaurants and stores. We ate at Denny’s and IHOP and both were very good for food and service.
I found the lady on the check in desk unhelpful. We had to pay a $100 deposit upon entering the hotel for each room and we were told that it would not be debited from our bank account. When we returned to France (the next day) we discovered that $200 had been debited from our account ($100 for each room). Moreover €21,66 (twice) had also been debited and we have no idea what this amount corresponds to. I am very unhappy about the situation and would like an explanation ASAP.
Inglewood is my birthplace of consistent work and dedication. I’m very happy about the overall progress and the hospitality that the community of business owners possess. Inglewood is the city of champions and it shows why.
I think what went wrong could have been better handle with training. The rudeness of the person asking if we paid for breakfast as we made plates. We were told the breakfast time when we checked in but not that we had a fee to pay extra. Instead she chose to yell it with a full room of guest eating breakfast. The airport shuttle was late taking my family to the airport. Water was shut off with no warning or water compensation z
I had booked well in advance of my stay, but when I arrived at 10pm at night I found that instead of having a single room as i had booked and paid for, I was to share with 3 others and a few more separated by a curtain. Diablo was lovely and said the owner would refund me some money as I had to compromise my living situation, but he left for his other job, and a young man with dredlocks took over. And said a refund would be on my credit card - well, it never happened. So don't believe these people, and don't expect to get what you have paid for. Loved chatting with Diablo, but very disaapointed.
The staff and room were great. We only needed a one night stay. We had an early flight to Hawaii and we wanted to make sure we weren't late fighting traffic to LAX. Also, they offer covered parking for $25 a night while we were on our vacation and the shuttle service to LAX was great. We would stay there again and utilize all services.
I liked that there was an on-site secure parking lot. Even if it costs an extra 11 USD. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was large and clean. The overall experience was efficient and pleasant, and I would stay again. Perfect before an early morning car rental return and departure from LAX!
The hotel was very close to the LAX airport. I got a free shuttle to and from the airport. The room was very roomy and the bathroom was nice. The staff was great. Food at the restaurant and the gift shop were affordable for LA standards.
Very comfortable, nice room, top end toiletries, nice fitness facility, close to LAX. Can actually walk from the terminal (baggage claim level).
The room along with the comfort of the beds. I liked the setup and being near LAX we had pretty good view of the Main Street.
