I was charging additional fee upon arriving at the hotel after I had already paid the entire fee online. I tried to contact Booking.com and other staff but the hotel just stated that is their policy. It was only one night so I didn’t bother fighting for it, but I would not recommend this hotel to anyone

We were evacuated due to the LA fires. The hotel was incredibly welcoming for us and our pets. Check-in was fast, the property is fantastic and it made a very rough few days much easier to take.
