I always feel a little nervous walking into a new place we've booked to stay, but I got that instant relief and happy/warm feeling when walking in. The apartment is spotlessly clean, it's cute and cosy and has the most amazing sea view. All facilities were provided, including a coffee maker which made me happy! There is a comfy sofa in the lounge where we sat and played cards each evening, a nice size table for eating, and a really comfy bed. Finally the hosts Mette and her husband were absolutely lovely people who we got on really well with. Brilliant hospitality. If (and hopefully when) we come back to Vardo we will be booking this place again for sure.
