The location, breathtaking views over the lake and the garden. Amazing outdoor seating, exceptionally tasty food in the hotel, very friendly staff, clean room, good wifi, clean and spacious rooms and bathroom. Pool is available. It was the best stay in Sri Lanka throughout our all trip!

The staff was very friendly and did their best to accommodate us. The views are outstanding. The accommodation is in the middle of the jungle and next to the river where you can swim. The rooms are very comfortable and spacious. Whatever I say, I have not said enough about the unique experience I had in this little paradise, with the beautiful people who are the owners of this paradise. They made my trip to Sri Lanka a memorable one. Saman and his wife are two sweet people who welcome their guests with all their heart... They would wake up early in the morning with us and make sandwiches for us to go out. I will always remember the food, the amazing breakfast, the clean rooms and the comfortable bed. With generosity and kindness, Saman took me to all the interesting and scenic spots in the region and patiently spent time with me. I travel alone, and being with a family that makes you feel safe and at home is one of the most beautiful things about traveling alone... I want to go back to Sri Lanka and visit this beautiful family directly. And this will be one of the most important reasons to think again in my travels to Sri Lanka. The location of the house is excellent, you will be in the middle of the tea plantation with a five-minute walk, and you can reach the lake near the house with a fifteen-minute walk.
