Featuring lake views, Castlereagh Resort Hatton provides accommodation with a balcony, around 48 km from Gregory Lake. This property offers access to a terrace, free private parking and free WiFi. The staff was very friendly and did their best to accommodate us. The views are outstanding. And the cost was very reasonable for both lodging and food (that said, I would have paid a bit more for attention to the very basic upgrades that would make it more comfortable.

Set in Hatton, 20 km from Adam's Peak, Ceylon Tea Trails - Relais and Chateaux offers accommodation with an outdoor swimming pool, free private parking, a garden and a terrace. It had been a dream of mine to stay at Tea Trails since 2019 and I couldnt be any happier with the experience. It will always be one of the most special moments of my life as I proposed to my girlfriend here. Huge thanks to the staff for recording our moment. The hotel is flawless, service and food could not be any better. Purely by coincidence we stayed here as the Hotel was featured on BBC "Amazing Hotels, life beyond the lobby". We were lucky that on our second day we were the only guests at Dunkeld bungalow so could enjoy everything to ourselves. The view from the infinity pool is probably the best I will ever see. Sure it's an expensive hotel but if you have the opportunity to stay here you wont regret it.

I am a fussy person and stay in the best places .. this is up there with them all.. I’ve never felt so special … the staff were fantastic! The food amazing and the views OMG .. You can judge a place by how you feel when you leave .. I didn’t want to leave .. well done everyone.. I’ll be back 🙏🏼

I ended up extending my stay as I liked the Homestay, family and area so much. The included breakfast was delicious and I was given options of what I wanted (not been offered that anywhere else) I had dinner every evening as the home cooked rice and curry was so tasty. plenty of options on day trips and things to do provided by the family. bed super comfy and really nice hot showers. I loved my stay here. I’d definitely stay again

We were supposed to stay only one night, but shortly after we arrived we have decided to prolong our stay. Firstly the room looked absolutely amazing and the views from the terrace were breathtaking! Then we also found out that the owners are the best, very nice people and they will help you to arrange anything you need. We rented a scooter from them. Saman makes everything happen and on top of that his wife is an amazing cook. We have spent a little over two weeks travelling across Sri Lanka and this was for sure our favourite place! Would definitely come back for longer to this place.
