Located in Ingliston, 4.2 miles from Edinburgh Zoo, Moxy Edinburgh Airport has accommodations with a fitness center, private parking, a restaurant and a bar. I was unable to have breakfast due to an early departure for my flight, but my overall experience at the hotel was exceptionally pleasant. The cleanliness and spaciousness of the hotel were notable, and as an Interior Designer, I appreciated the thoughtfully designed lighting and interior elements. The staff was friendly, and arranging a taxi, even at 4 am, was effortlessly easy. The proximity of the hotel to the airport, just a few minutes away, contributed to a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I only regret not having more time to spend at the hotel.

Set in a Victorian mansion in 55 acres of grounds, Norton House features a luxury spa, award-winning restaurant and boutique rooms with free internet. Great place for a family vacation, indoor pool area and gardens was fantastic for the little one. Breakfast was great. Location is the best part, close to the airport (but not close enough to hear anything), close to the city and just far enough to enjoy nice country side and easy to escape to further away attractions.

Providing a garden, Craigiehall Temple offers accommodations in Edinburgh. This property offers access to a terrace, free private parking, and free Wifi. Because I read these reviews before traveling, I booked an extra night at this remarkable property. They sent me this review to fill out for my second booking and I will use it to continue to sing the praises of this unique stay. If you want to feel like royalty, stay here your last nights before flying out of EDI Airport. If you always look up when you hear an airplane engine, this is a little spot of heaven. The property is equipped with a central sound system for those who aren't thrilled with the sound of planes, so no worries about noise pollution intruding upon the peace and tranquility. If you have the soul of a daydreamer .... book this property and you will never regret your choice! I didn't get to light fires in the two fireplaces so a return trip is due to experience that bit of magic! Many thanks to the incredible hosts for making this property available to the hopeless romantics and perpetual daydreamers of the world....

Good location to the airport, transfer bus available but walkable too, friendly staff, very good dinner and breakfast. Good night's sleep, comfortable bedroom and an excellent shower. Would stay again if travelling to Edinburgh.
Great place to base yourself for trips to Edinburgh or Livingston. Our son loved watching the trains cross the forth rail bridge, the aquarium and the ice cream at the little parlour. Breakfast at down the hatch was also delicious.
Driving in late at night in the dark, I did not appreciate the beauty of my surroundings until next morning when I saw the canal, the town buildings and the towpath walks. Swans on the canal added to the overall charm.
It was convenient for the airport, stayed at the Hampton by Hilton, the breakfast on both my in out and in stay were poor, dinner on one night was basic for what I believed to be a good hotel, definitely wouldn’t have food again. Room was decent and staff were pleasant.
Queensferry is a lovely place to walk around. There are lots of excellent restaurants and coffee shops. I had lunch at the Railbridge Bistro and a lovely dinner at the Thirty Knots restaurant. There are nice little shops to browse in. Queensferry is very near Edinburgh and there is an excellent train service into the city from Dalmeny Station.
Not much in Ratho, the canal is a particular favourite as lots of activity and it’s quite picturesque. Easy access to Edinburgh scenery is fabulous and if it’s a quiet time you want then this is the place to go.
