Country Cottage in Papa Bay asub Papa Bay Estates'is, kõigest 32 km kaugusel Pu'uhonua o Honaunau rahvuslikust ajaloopargist. The cottage is a lovely "tiny house." It is off-grid, compact, well designed, and had everything I needed. I loved the screened in porch with a view of the ocean. It was so quiet and peaceful - I slept great there. It is off the beaten track but easy to find - a little sanctuary away from the hustle and bustle of tourism. Yet is is not far from Kealakekua, Captain Cook town, Puʻuhonua o Hōnaunau National Historical Park, and Ho`okena Beach. I enjoyed meeting and talking with Arthur, the host. I plan to stay there the next time I visit my family nearby.

We loved the home, the decor, the sound if the wildlife (frogs & birds). The owner was very helpful & clear with directions and local insights.

Near the homes of friends, a short drive to the company I worked with and easy access to Hilo. Great communication with the owners and very easy to work with🤙🏼

Everything! This is truly the best equipped accomodation on the planet. They have thought of everything one may need, from a Thermos mug to various kinds of sunscreen. The house is gorgeously set up and the beds are so comfortable. We were very, very lucky to get to stay here. Thank you so much!

Everything was well thought of and catered to our needs. The location was perfect, 5mins walk from a quiet bay, 10mins walk from shops/supermarket/restaurants and 15mins drive drive from the main town with plenty of beaches to stop at along the way.
