The 1st floor 2 bedroom apartment is spacious and has lots of large windows so it’s bright and airy. Very clean, no clutter and furniture is very comfortable. Full kitchen with everything you need. Full size bathroom with shower. Access to laundry room and plus. There is a large patio, enclosed porch and swimming pool.

Everything we needed and 2 minutes from the centre of town. Helena was so welcoming and the cottage was cosy and well decorated. Kitchen was well equipped. We had access to a deck with great views to the lake.

They also took great care of us, they are truly welcoming. For instance they alerted us of ice on the road while we were on our way. The place also feels very safe given that it’s close to their house. We didn’t try the sauna unfortunately.

He gave us a tour of the house. The house is not large, but more than enough for us. The attached area is fantastic and we spent most of it there. Facilities were all fine.The surroundings and the silence are fantastic, but there is nothing to do in the area, but that is what we were looking for. Vagerydd is a few miles away with an excellent ICA supermarket. The lake and the woods are amazing. The boat and two bikes are free to use. No real restaurant in the neighbourhood but Jónkoping is not far away and worth a visit. We also visit Gränna for some candy. Its only 35 minutes drive. There are also some national parks not to far away. We will definitely come back here.
