Everything we needed and 2 minutes from the centre of town. Helena was so welcoming and the cottage was cosy and well decorated. Kitchen was well equipped. Everything was fantastic. The property was really clean and comfortable. The host was very friendly and nice.

They also took great care of us, they are truly welcoming. For instance they alerted us of ice on the road while we were on our way. The place also feels very safe given that it’s close to their house. We didn’t try the sauna unfortunately.

For added privacy, the accommodation features a private entrance. Upon arrival, the host was already waiting for us. He gave us a tour of the house. The house is not large, but more than enough for us. The attached area is fantastic and we spent most of it there. Facilities were all fine.The surroundings and the silence are fantastic, but there is nothing to do in the area, but that is what we were looking for. Vagerydd is a few miles away with an excellent ICA supermarket. The lake and the woods are amazing. The boat and two bikes are free to use. No real restaurant in the neighbourhood but Jónkoping is not far away and worth a visit. We also visit Gränna for some candy. Its only 35 minutes drive. There are also some national parks not to far away. We will definitely come back here.
