LOVED the property. It was beautiful, had everything including pool, each place had a beautiful and private patio, a fireplace, and a great view! It was clean, everything was thought of. Also, there are restaurants and a grocery store nearby, which was convenient.

Very responsive and helpful with questions. The property itself was very well kept, clean and equipped with all the needed amenities. In proximity to the airport (about 20 mins drive), the area has supermarket and restaurants in walking distance. One thing to remember, Funchal is all about uphill and downhill roads and pathways, so gear up for a good work out when walking and indeed a slow rollercoaster. I highly recommend this place!

East to get place, you need to park outside on the road, as locals do. rooms and bathrooms super clean and astonishing amazing view. we had some barbecue with fish and while we had dinner neighbors played music, so it was just amazing vibe.

Pictures are true to the reality. Very spacious villa you have everything you need for a holiday stay. Super comfortable bed. Pool and it’s area is great and already sunny in the morning. Just a short drive and you are in a cute little town.

Nastanitev Casa da Avó Duca se nahaja 5 min hoje od znamenitosti Plaža Praia de São Roque in 600 m od znamenitosti Plaža Praia da Banda d'Além ter nudi brezplačen WiFi in teraso. The house was small but big enough to have a nice stay there. It is a traditional house but everything is (re)new and perfectly maintained. We didn't see the host during our stay but all instructions were clear and there was no need for a contact. The location is close to the center and you can enjoy feeling of true Madeira life.
