La camera è molto curata e in cucina c’è tutto l’occorrente, e anche il bagno era ben fornito. Il parcheggio è di fianco alla struttura. Dettaglio che abbiamo molto apprezzato è il tavolino all’estero della camera, ideale per sorseggiare un tè in compagnia dei gatti della struttura.

I stayed here with my husband and my mother between December 21st and 28th and had an amazing time. The apartment is huge, kitchen is very well equipped with everything you may need. The living room is great with large smart tv. There are 3 rooms and the beds are very comfortable. One room has adjacent bathroom and there is also another bathroom that is entered from the living room. There were enough towels, soap, toilet paper and the owner sent us a message after a couple of days asking if we needed any more. The location was perfect, it took us only 5 minutes by car to CR7 parking garage in the city center. There is also a big supermarket and a takeaway restaurant just 2 minutes away by car. There are several parking spaces next to the house. The first night none were available so we parked across the street, but every other night at least one spot was available. The apartment is also very quiet. You can hear cars from the street, but there isn't that much traffic. They also have such a lovely dog. He is behind a fence so no worries if you are scared of dogs. He would never bark but would always come to greet us waving his tail when we would arrive back to the apartment which really made our day. The owner was very kind and polite. He does not speak English, but using Booking's translate option our communication worked great. I can't recommend this place enough. If we come back, we will certainly stay here again.

Offering garden views, Granny's house view is an accommodation situated in Funchal, 3.3 km from Marina do Funchal and 14 km from Girao Cape. We like all about this place!!!! An excellent 🏠 with tidy garden (palm and banana trees), wide terrace with an extraordinary view over the Funchal, city & port, and ocean. There is fire place if you like to prepare grilled meals. Fully equipped kitchen, Paul let us have basics for cooking (such as salt, oil, spices, coffee, sugar…) enough until the first visit to supermarket. Madeira chocolate as a small treat- appreciated ❤️ We took the rent-a car at the airport, so we had 🅿️ place in the own yard.

Boasting quiet street views, Casa da Avó Duca features accommodation with a patio, around 600 metres from Banda d'Alem Beach. The house was small but big enough to have a nice stay there. It is a traditional house but everything is (re)new and perfectly maintained. We didn't see the host during our stay but all instructions were clear and there was no need for a contact. The location is close to the center and you can enjoy feeling of true Madeira life.
