It was very clean, comfortable and very well equipped. There were fly screens on the windows and doors which was great as it let fresh air in but kept the insects out. There was a nice touch of chocolates and biscuits and also books and games to relax with. There was fantastic view from the window and was so peaceful. A short walk takes you over over Pokororo swingbridge over the river. It was a real home from home!

No ants in the property at all, it was spotless. It’s in a beach location and as such locations can suffer with ants but my concerns were unfounded.
