Beautiful place, great space - looks quite new. I was alone for work and I felt safe and comfortable. It was very clean inside. Had amazing views of the sunset! Bed was a little firm for my liking but it was still comfortable.

We arrived late due to unforeseen roadworks, so messaged ahead to let Ellie and Shane know, so they made arrangements for easy late access, and we walked into such a welcoming and special guest home. The views are spectacular - we saw the cows taking themselves down the farm track across the field, hens in the lower garden and Quail running across the beautifully manicured lawn. The location is peaceful and picture perfect. The guest house itself is fresh, warm and inviting, with everything you need to fully relax and enjoy your stay.

Offering lake edge accommodation and views, The Willows is set in Rotorua, a 19-minute walk from Rainbow Springs Kiwi Wildlife Park and 3.3 km from Polynesian Spa. We love everything about our stay. We had everything we needed in abundance, from kitchen supplies, firewood, cleaning equipment, beddings, to entertainment in general! Our host was there at our arrival to give us all the directions and tips, so we felt at home all along! Thank you !!! ❤️
