The instructions on how to access the property were easy to follow. There is a nice view in the garden and parking for a single car.

The staff at Tuscany Villas were amazing, friendly, attentive, and very helpful. Access to all the local amenities was literally a 2 minute walk from the Villas. There is a beautiful beach just a 10 minute drive from Whakatane. We enjoyed the quiet atmosphere of the town itself and the harbour location. There were plenty of bars and restaurants to choose from. Managed to book a Christmas lunch too, thanks to our hosts.
Tuscany Villas is located in the centre of Whakatane and within walking distance of many attractions. I was only staying one night but have no hesitation in recommending this accommodation for a longer stay. The room was very spacious, easily big enough for two people. The kitchenette was well stocked to make eating in an easy option. The bathroom was roomy as was the shower which is always a plus for a taller person. The air-conditioning was much appreciated in the hot weather.
When we entered Tuscany Villas, Phillip's helpful nature and Rita's infectious smile made us feel more like welcomed friends than paying customers. The rooms are very clean, spacious and well-equipped with whatever you need. Tuscany Villas are perfectly situated in the heart of Whakatane, and puts you within walking distance of everything, from charming cafes and vibrant restaurants to stunning walks along the Whakatane River and the picturesque harbour.
Everything, the beach villas were well setup, wonderful sea views, tidy modern facilities far superior to many 4-5* hotels. Access was easy and staff friendly.
Loved the location, a street behind the beachfront but a minute's walk to the beach, Mount and cafes. 5-7mins walk to the main shops. Very spacious and tidy property with a gym, pool, outdoor warm spa available for use. Easy access to secure carparking. Highly recommend this luxurious property.
Amazing location and view each morning of Papamoa beach. Very comfortable bed, spacious room, large bathroom, spa bath and great with the heat pump. Nice to know that they can provide a shower stool and over toilet frame if needed for those with access needs although no ramp/accessible access to the deluxe beachfront villa we stayed in.
