I can definitely see why it has gotten great reviews! Picking up the key was easy and the host was very friendly. Yes it’s a winding drive up the mountain so you need a car but that is part of what makes it so spectacular. Amazing views from the home! Mountains and waterfalls! Warm and cozy with a nice wood burning fireplace. Comfortable bed. Fully furnished living room was so cozy after a long day of exploring Nicely stocked large kitchen is perfect for preparing meals …And a wonderful jetted tub! Only 2 of us so we never even used the two bedrooms upstairs but this would be a wonderful place for families or friend get together. Also has a washer so it was great to clean everything after a weeks worth of hiking! The town is close by ( about 10 min drive) so everything is convenient. Would recommend that you book this beautiful home in a heartbeat!

This was my favourite location during our 12 day tour of Norway! A fabulous site with absolutely STUNNING scenery all around. The "camp site" was spotless and well maintained, as was the very spacious cabin we rented. Actually, I could quite happily have moved into that cabin on a permanent basis! Falling asleep to the sound of a magnificent waterfall to one side, and a rushing bubbling stream to the other was simply magical. The owners were so friendly and helpful, and we were so sad to have to leave after 2 days to move on to the next leg of the journey! Sorry that I didn't take photos of the cabin (only a video) but it was exactly as per the pictures on the booking.com website.

This is a beautiful old red cottage just outside the township of Flam. It retains the charm of an old cottage but has been nicely renovated. It has a well-equipped kitchen, lots of space, and could easily accommodate a family. The beds are comfortable and the house is warm.

Disse hyttene ligger i Flåmsdalen, bare 3 km fra Flåm stasjon og den vakre Aurlandsfjorden, og har terrasse med utsikt over dalen. Flåm kirke ligger bare 100 meter unna, og området har mange turstier.... Perfect spot. Very comfortable, great views, privacy. Highly recommended.

Modern, newly built and well furnished skiing cabin/chalet with all amenities. Very true to the images I.e. it looks fantastic and great views. We only stayed for a night but it is perfect for longer stays as well. Kitchen had everything we needed and the bathroom was large and modern.

The wonderfully quaint little cottage, with its own atmosphere set in the town of Lærdal central to almost everything in town. In close proximity to Flåm. Highly recommended!
