At O2 Villas Yala, the family-friendly restaurant is open for dinner, lunch and high tea and serves Indian cuisine. We were a family with two granddaughters 3 & 5 and the staff went over and above to make the children and us feel welcome and pampered!! The manager Madhawa was kind, helpful, efficient and very competent!! Pradeep and the other young men took us on tours and wanted to feel at home and showed us the beautiful surroundings of the hotel! We went on an all inclusive plan and loved it!

All units are fitted with air conditioning, a flat-screen TV with streaming services, a fridge, a kettle, a bidet, slippers and a desk. The villa complex features some units that have a balcony and lake view, and every unit is equipped with a private bathroom and a wardrobe. At the villa complex, the units are fitted with bed linen and towels. We didn’t want to leave. From check in we were greeted with an absolutely delicious milkshake which just set the tone for the stay. The room and bathroom were extremely spacious and the private pool outside was the best thing ever. Saman gave me his number and he would bring us whatever we asked for round to the pool area so we could just relax and enjoy. The food was also delicious we had Sri Lankan food and a crispy chicken burger. They organized a safari for us, a tuktuk into town and also a taxi oh and laundry. Basically whatever we needed. They even threw in a free dinner. 100% recommend and if we ever come back to Sri Lanka we will most certainly be staying here again.

At the villa complex, every unit is fitted with bed linen and towels. A really beautiful hotel in Yala. We had the deluxe bungalow, a huge cozy bungalow, big kitchen with everything you need and more. A huge bathroom with bath tub, outside shower, etc. and a really cozy bedroom with a big comfortable bed. The design and style of the bungalow was really well thought and made the place feel really special. We used the swimming pool which was nice and clean. We booked a safari from wild lotus, our ranger did a lot of explanations, drove carefully and made sure we get to see everything from the best viewpoint, would recommend the safari !

Some units have a balcony and/or a patio with pool views. At the villa complex, every unit is equipped with bed linen and towels. They were kind and always willing to help us. They prepared every day we did the safari a nice bucket with food and drinks to enjoy fully the experience. The installations were amazing and beautiful. Whatever you need, ask them.

The room is clean and the garden is very beautiful. You can sit in the terrace and enjoy the calm and animals ( peacock, monkey, etc). The owners are super helpful. They washed our clothes and drive us to the restaurants. The owner is also a super good driver to Yala. I think he is more experienced than many other drivers in the town. We saw many animals with his guide:)

The units include a private bathroom with a bidet and free toiletries. Saman is a very peaceful and friendly guy! Also he is a very talented artist and craftsman ! He build both of the tree houses and nearly all the other things by himself! He made us very good and rich breakfast. Both of the treehouses are so beautiful, clean and comfortable. We didnt miss anything in the houses. The garden is so nice. His son himanshu informed us about everything in whatsapp. He organized the safari for us and it was amazing. We had good luck to get the good driver Tesanda. He has experience of over 15 years and we where lucky to see leopard, elephant, crocodile and much other animals. We also highly recommend laith the tuktuk driver. A childhood dream came true to sleep in such a nice treehouse. Thank you for the unforgetable time. Tobias & Chiara <3
