This is the most fantastic place built around the trees and natural habitat on the outskirts of Yala national park. Everything was provided, the food was incredible and we were given a trip to the fishing village on the beach for sunset in their buggy with Suraj and Tilina. It was like a mini safari. We saw crocodiles, deer, tortoises wild boar and on the beach the boys showed us where the elephants had been earlier in the day, footprints still showing in the sand. Suraj and Tilina were both young but so knowledgeable and friendly. They provided us breakfast at 4am for our Yala safari and we can't thank them, and the manager enough for making us so welcome. Will definitely stay again if we return to Sri Lanka.

Situated within 600 metres of Goyambokka Beach and 1.6 km of Unakuruwa Beach, Kavidi Villa Home Stay features rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom in Tangalle. Amazing accomodation. Good location. Hosts were superb and the food was amazing. Cannot recommend enough- 5 min walk to the most amazing, tranquil beach. Do not hesitate to book- you will not be disappointed!

Situated within 4.9 km of Tissa Wewa and 30 km of Bundala Bird Sanctuary, Wild Lotus Yala features rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom in Tissamaharama. Wild Lotus is a lovely family business and exceptional in their consideration of their guests needs. We were a multiple family group with young children and they provided delicious food as requested with consideration to allergies and child friendly meals. We loved the outdoor showers, large rooms and hammocks, and the accommodation was comfortable and clean with fly/ insect screens. We hope to return for a longer stay on our next visit to Sri Lanka.

Located in Ranna, near Kahandamodara Beach and Wella Odaya Beach, Ranna Beach House is a recently renovated property, featuring, an outdoor swimming pool and garden. The villa and pool is stunning with great view of ocean. There is a cook and housekeeper available. We took them food shopping and they cooked us the most amazing Sri Lanka seafood curry's and breakfast.

Situated in Ranna, a few steps from Gurupokuna Beach and 1.5 km from Kahandamodara Beach, Waves ranna offers a garden and air conditioning. A very good small house on the beach. It's well equipped and has a good and quiet location with several good restaurants nearby. The staff was nice and helpful.
