My family truely enjoyed staying in Soo Hanok during our time in Suncheon. The host is a mother and daughter pair and they were exceptionally thoughtful and friendly. Communication in english was not a problem and they really went all out to make our stay memorable and comfortable. The property is really clean and well kept. You can see that they really take pride in providing the best for their guest. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything, even oil and salt if you want to cook something light. The appliances in the house are very new and high end. They even have a built in water filter for drinking water which made it super convenient. The washer and dryer are very well maintained and really helped esp when we have young kids. They also have a foot basin to soak your feet after a long day of walking. Our kids really enjoyed the traditional korean game that they thoughtfully included in the house! The location is also great, there is a beautiful river just one street down and many eateries near by. The main station is also just a 5mins walk away. The host also replies promptly to whatsapp. Overall this place was just amazing and we are very grateful to the host for giving us such precious memories!

Located 6.1 km from Suncheon Station, Forestel Meomul offers accommodation with a patio, as well as a garden. Private parking is available on site at this recently renovated property. Everything about this place is exceptional. The proprietor made us feel like family from the moment he greeted us when we arrived until we said our farewells. His hospitality, communication, helpfulness, and exceptionally delicious breakfasts exceeded our expectations by a long shot. If you go to Suncheon, stay here. The property is quiet and filled with trees and delightful touches. Super clean, peaceful and refreshing. We had a car, so we didn't have an issue with getting here.

Great place, spacious room, floor heating, helpful and kind hosts. Nice area with natural park in walking distance. Restaurants are very close, either for breakfast, lunch or dinner. There is public transport to and from Suncheon, but easiest to reach by taxi.

4 km from Hwaeomsa Temple, Hanok Stay - JukRokJungSa is a recently renovated property situated in Gurye and features air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi and private parking. Beautiful new-built traditional home in a quiet location just outside Jirisan NP. The house is spacious and comfy, clean, with a nice and warm shower and a lovely area for tea & coffee. It had everything we could need and as a bonus there are two super cute dogs that 'guard' the property. I think it was our best accommodation in three weeks Korea and I would not hesitate to recommend staying here.

Wonderful experience of Hanok! Kids loved the fire pit roasting marshmallows and jumping into hot tub outside. Also.the host was super helpful and accommodating.

The host was incredibly helpful, from offering extra food for my children to turning up at 5am as a wake-up call (we had a very early morning ferry to catch). There was also a great grilled fish and pork cutlet restaurant just a stone's throw away. My kids enjoyed playing in the sea at the end of a long day's driving. The courtyard was also great, with the mini pagoda to hang out in. We will go back specifically to go to this pension!
