The host is a mother and daughter pair and they were exceptionally thoughtful and friendly. Communication in english was not a problem and they really went all out to make our stay memorable and comfortable. The property is really clean and well kept. You can see that they really take pride in providing the best for their guest. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything, even oil and salt if you want to cook something light. The appliances in the house are very new and high end. They even have a built in water filter for drinking water which made it super convenient. The washer and dryer are very well maintained and really helped esp when we have young kids. They also have a foot basin to soak your feet after a long day of walking. Our kids really enjoyed the traditional korean game that they thoughtfully included in the house! The location is also great, there is a beautiful river just one street down and many eateries near by. The main station is also just a 5mins walk away. The host also replies promptly to whatsapp. Overall this place was just amazing and we are very grateful to the host for giving us such precious memories!

The proprietor made us feel like family from the moment he greeted us when we arrived until we said our farewells. His hospitality, communication, helpfulness, and exceptionally delicious breakfasts exceeded our expectations by a long shot. If you go to Suncheon, stay here. The property is quiet and filled with trees and delightful touches. Super clean, peaceful and refreshing. We had a car, so we didn't have an issue with getting here.

The owner was very kind, and the room was spacious and clean. The heated floor (ondol) was a very welcome surprise and the pension was very quiet. Altogether we had a great night's sleep and would come back again!!

There was also a great grilled fish and pork cutlet restaurant just a stone's throw away. My kids enjoyed playing in the sea at the end of a long day's driving. The courtyard was also great, with the mini pagoda to hang out in. We will go back specifically to go to this pension!

Activities such as fishing, hiking, bike tours can be enjoyed in the surroundings, and guests can relax along the beachfront. The holiday home has a picnic area where you can spend a day out in the open. It was such a beautiful location with stunning views. There were tables and sun umbrellas on a long deck with cute heart sculptures perfect for pictures.

Located within 8.2 km of Ssanggyesa Temple and 9.4 km of Unjoru Historic House, Jirisan One Night Two Days Pension provides rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom in Gurye. There is also a little stream flowing in the valley which I pressume to be a quite welcome cool-down in summer. The owner was so very nice and lovely to us--I am sure that you will enjoy your time there! Make sure to bring a car or travel with light luggage though as the next bus stop is quite a walk away with ups-and-downs you don't want to push your cases up (or down). The owner was so kind to drive us to the next bus stop on our way back--thank you so much for that!
