The fact that there are bycicles rent free was also amazing, the owner gave us 2 electric bikes for a ride to the shrine along the shore. also got cupons for a lunch set at the family's "blue taco" restaurant which was very good! Laundry is also free to use.

The place is very conveniently located right next to the castle and the shopping street. The kitchen is well equipped (there were even paper towels and Saran wrap, which most hosts forget about), and there is nice big western-style dining table. The tatami rooms have bed mattresses, so they are softer than normal futons. The bathroom was clean and modern, and has a nice washing machine (with a second one and a drier outside!).
