And Mrs.Niho can solve all our problems. Thanks so much to her great hospitality. We will miss her and the other lady.

I chose this house because I needed 2 separate bedrooms for 3 people, with a good cost-benefit ratio for the chosen date (late November). I really liked it and it would be a good neighborhood to live, but I wouldn't choose it again to travel because I lost a lot of time commuting according to my itineraries (3 days). The house is recently renovated (it still smelled of wood).

Perfectly located, just a minutes to walk following the signs from the train station, with a Combini on the 2nd floor and also the outlet village on the other side of the train station, also walking distance. And very well organized shuttle service to the airport.

The location of the hotel is excellent. Subway station, restaurants, shops, Kuromon Market, American Village, Dotonbori...... are all within walking distance. The room we booked is 19 square meters which is a reasonable size for two people. Room was clean. Staff were friendly.
Despite the budget cost and capsule bed, the place feels like a luxurious accommodation! Facilities are very clean, generous toiletries (soap, shampoo, towel, nightgown).
Very spacious and great location for sight seeing especially for USJ. Kitchen had all the necessities and there was also a washing machine+dryer in the mansion. The apartment is luxurious, great for families/groups and would highly recommend.
Waking up in a traditional style living amongst the bonsai trees and bathing in the luxurious tub. The friendliness nature of the owner driving us around to get food from 7/11 so late at night when we arrived. Our flight was canceled so we needed somewhere to stay quickly. We were pleasantly surprised at Pine Villa. Thank you to accommodating owner. highly recommend!
