I loved that in this industrial neighborhood, a young local opened up this guesthouse and cafe. I came over because my husband & I wanted to buy a house in Japan and this made me feel like the area has promise to grow alongside with the younger generation. The owner was really friendly and I like that he also sold local made products as well.

Perfectly located, just a minutes to walk following the signs from the train station, with a Combini on the 2nd floor and also the outlet village on the other side of the train station, also walking distance.
And very well organized shuttle service to the airport.
It felt like a luxury hotel, the bed was super comfy, the room was spacious and super clean and had a large bath tub, beautiful views, bathroom freebies, free tea and coffee. There was also a large TV to connect to netflix or hulu etc. Short walk from the large shopping centre and train station. There's also a free airport shuttle bus.
For your standard, budget luxury hotel experience in Japan, this place ticked all the boxes. Near the airport, comfortable, clean, functional airy rooms and a reasonably nice breakfast.
We chose this place as we had an early flight from KIX airport . And we did very well!!a very polite gentleman picked us up from the station. The room was modern, clean with excellent comfy beds. The villas are in a beautiful Japanese garden. The same polite gentleman took us to the airport next morning. The best value for money. We totally recommend it!!
Waking up in a traditional style living amongst the bonsai trees and bathing in the luxurious tub. The friendliness nature of the owner driving us around to get food from 7/11 so late at night when we arrived. Our flight was canceled so we needed somewhere to stay quickly. We were pleasantly surprised at Pine Villa. Thank you to accommodating owner. highly recommend!
