The property manager Natsumi-san was very very helpful when my nephew left his toy behind. Also, love the experience of living in a house with lots of history. The garden was very pretty and well maintained. The futon is not thin, so it was a comfortable sleep for us foreigners.

Three bedrooms, big kitchen, living room with Netflix. Stunning view from the windows. Snowboarding and skiing! Such an amazing experience. We loved it so much! ありがとうございました！

But this felt like it deserved it for me. The place is so well taken care of, tastefully decorated while feeling both new and traditional. I was first hesitant about having a whole house by myself. Would it feel too big and empty? Funny enough, it was truly the highlight of my trip. I HIGHLY recommended it. Maiko was also so wonderful and went out of her way to make the stay as comfortable as possible, stopped for groceries, and gave me a ride back to the station! Definitely will come back!
