Situated in Tokamachi and only 25 km from Gala Yuzawa Snow Resort, KOME HOME features accommodation with mountain views, free WiFi and free private parking. I never rate a 10. But this felt like it deserved it for me. The place is so well taken care of, tastefully decorated while feeling both new and traditional. I was first hesitant about having a whole house by myself. Would it feel too big and empty? Funny enough, it was truly the highlight of my trip. I HIGHLY recommended it. Maiko was also so wonderful and went out of her way to make the stay as comfortable as possible, stopped for groceries, and gave me a ride back to the station! Definitely will come back!
