She told us about seasl watching point nearby, only 10 min. walk from the house. It was amazing! The house located in the beautiful small bay, no other houses nearby, only you and a wild nature. It is the perfect place for a small retreat. We spend here only one night, but I wish we'll stay more.

Kría Cottages is set in peaceful Skeljabrekka, 10 km from Borgarnes town centre. It offers free Wi-Fi and views of the Andakílsá River, surrounding mountains and Snæfellsjökull Glacier in the distance. The cabin was very cozy. We experienced a windy and snowy situation when we arrived in the area and were glad for the warm rooms and well appointed cabin. Very close to Borgarnes and easy to explore the Snæfellsnes Peninsula. The hosts were very responsive and quick to help with minor TV question. And, the northern lights were visible our last night.
