Easy self check in and the host was very communicable via chat, kept us updated on everything. The house is renovated inside. So although it looks old from the outside, it's very comfortable and modern inside. Lots of amenities inside. Wish we had more time to stay here as we arrived pretty late and left pretty early as we didn't get the chance to fully take advantage of everything.

Nonholl country cottage - Perfect getaway is set in Arnarstapi and offers a garden and a shared lounge. This property offers access to a patio, free private parking and free WiFi. We stayed for two days and wish we could have stayed longer. Amazing location, literally right beside the Bárður Snæfellsás statue, and with a private walkway to the cliffs of Arnarstapi. Breath-taking views of the ocean and mountains from the house. The kitchen was very well stacked, and we especially enjoyed having a fireplace. The house was clean and was the perfect home base for exploring the Snæfellsnes Peninsula.

Perfect for large group and it is further away from city, so we could enjoy our stay without disturbing neighbours.

This was a beautifully decorated and fully equipped 4 bedroom, 2 full bath house surrounded by beautiful countryside, mountains and horse farms. Very peaceful and good location for exploring peninsula. We loved having space to spread out. Hosts were great.

Marbakki was a very beautiful, secluded property. My family and I loved the design of the house - it was very cozy and made us feel right at home. The villa had a lot of great touches including a well stocked kitchen (various spices, coffee pods, etc.) and yoga mats. The rooms were small, but the beds were very comfortable. Although there is only one bathroom, it was spacious and very clean. The outside deck overlooking the ocean and the hot tub were amazing. We enjoyed sitting and relaxing in the hot tub while taking in the ocean and mountain views. I highly recommend taking an evening or morning walk on the beach! Our family really enjoyed this villa and we will keep it on our list for future Iceland trips!
