The accommodation was excellent! Spacious, clean, and nicely appointed. Majella and Pat (the hosts) were gracious, welcoming, and helpful. Lovely people! Very spacious, comfortable cottage with a beautiful view in a quiet location close to everything we wanted to see/access.

Veronica met us at the bus stop in Riverstick, gave us a tour of the area, and then a thorough run down of everything we would need to know about the property itself. Maurice was equally helpful, going so far as to help us find a lost item on the property (successfully) to giving us guidance on the town and transport. Absolutely world class welcome to Curragh House Lodge! People in the town were equally welcoming and we spent a lovely evening with some of them at Allen’s Bar, just down the hill from the lodge. Further down the street, the Gourmet Pantry had wonderful food and friendly/helpful staff. Wish we had spent many more days there since it was perhaps the most friendly of all the places we visited over a 2.5 week trip.

The Cottage is absolutely beautiful and very clean. Hosts are friendly and communication was very easy. Pool is heated and clean. The garden is really quiet and lovely. We definetly can recommend this cottage and it's a great spot to travel around in West Cork Co.

Ballyroe Accommodation er staðsett í Leap, 13 km frá St Patrick's-dómkirkjunni, Skibbereen og 28 km frá Lisellen-stöðunum. Boðið er upp á verönd og garðútsýni. What a great experience!! We stayed in one of the Sheppards huts. Even tho it was tiny, the space was just perfect for a night or two! The water pressure in the shower was great and not expected! The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen amenities were all you need and if you did need anything else, the hosts were happy to help. Really enjoyed a quiet stay in the West Cork countryside.
