Me and my wife went to Ponte Villas for 3 nights. We can not describe how good everything was. The location is perfect, close to bars and restaurants but still in a calm area, because of a very nice bridge between the beach and the hotel. The room was very clean, big enough and you have a terrace where you can chill. From your room, you can jump straight into the pool if you like. The service was outstanding. We had contact with Dani and Marcell before we even arrived. They arranged the fast ferry for us (tickets, check in, boarding passes, harbour tax just everything). Marcell picked us up from the harbour, helped us with our luggage and made us feel so comfortable. He was so friendly. He also arranged beds on their private beach, even when it seemed full. Rifki was one of the guys behind the reception and helped us with booking a snorkling tour. He gave his whatsapp if we had any further questions. Muhran was also behind the reception and very kind. Always helped with everything and asked how we were. We went on a 3 week itinarary to Bali and the Gili’s and this hotel was the best hotel we’ve been through. Location, service, room, pool. It had everything. Sad we did not stay longer. If we come back, we book this again!

Where do I begin… from the entrance view, to the welcome service and drink while taking in the wonderful mountain ocean view, to the room itself… the villas are not huge when you compare to other standalone villas you may find in Lombok or Bali, but it is designed to feel spacious - you do not need more space! The bathroom and shower is beautiful. Everything was crisp and clean. It felt like we were alone on the side of the mountain - so quiet, no noise except nature. Breakfast was the best we have had among many four and five star resorts… the choice and fresh ingredients was amazing. Pool was large with an incredible view. But above all - the service is unmatched. From Zaen at the front desk who even drove us when there were no taxis available, to all the ladies and gents in the kitchen, restaurant, bar - all so friendly and accommodating. I can’t imagine staying anywhere else in Lombok and neither should you!

The villa was beautiful and a good value with all the amenities we needed. We really liked the mini-pool - I thought it would be too small to swim in, but it has a strong current so you can actually swim while staying in the center of it. The staff was great - Jenson greeted us and checked us in and was very friendly. It's in the center of the island, but not a far walk to the beach. We'd stay again!

Don’t really know where to begin. Everything was perfect! Paula and Andreas are incredible hosts and took their time to talk us through the story of how Kalma came to be. We thoroughly enjoyed getting to know them and had some great conversations. As for the villa itself, gosh it was stunning. Truly a luxury retreat in nature. The view from our room was gorgeous and the bed was SO comfy. The services were top notch including amazing dinner delivery, delicious breakfast options and relaxing spa sessions. The 360 yoga shala view was stunning for sunrise, don’t miss it!! The staff were so friendly and welcoming. We can’t wait to stay here again! Such a nice Villa Romantic and quiet the staff they were great helpful. They were generous with drinking water, coffee tea whatever you need they will accommodate you. breakfast was great whatever you want they’ll make it for you.
