Wonderful place, wonderful staff. The best in Lombok! In particular the SPA team was great! Hope to come back again

The chef at the restaurant was the absolute best! We had the half board package and had breakfast and dinner at the restaurant everyday for 4D3N. We practically tried everything on the menu and it’s hard to pick a favourite. The service staff were real pleasures to interact with at the resort. They were always friendly, checking in on how we are while we were at the pool and lobby and were quick to respond to our questions and requests via WhatsApp.

Our stay at Villa Tokay was amazing. The grounds and villa were beautiful, the staff were all friendly and helpful, and the breakfasts were incredible. The bikes and snorkel gear were a great touch and the pool was nice and clean. Would definitely recommend!

The villa was incredibly clean and very well maintained. It was also fully self-contained so we could cook our own meals, etc, if we wanted. Great position close to some of the best restaurants and snorkelling in Gili Air. The hosts were amazing!

The stay was great...property is well maintained clean and beautiful ..the views are just amazing moreover it's away from the city noise...even being away from centre they have all delivery options available which makes the stay convenient..the owner and staff are super helpful

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful hotel villa, and I can’t recommend it enough. From the moment I arrived, I felt a sense of peace and tranquility. The villa was spotless, and every detail was thoughtfully attended to. It’s rare to find a place that’s so impeccably clean, and it made my stay even more enjoyable. The atmosphere was wonderfully relaxed and the surrounding environment was quiet. My mum and I had the best time just unwinding and soaking in the calm vibes. A huge thank you to Ali, Abdul, and Hailani for their outstanding hospitality. They truly made our stay special with their warmth, kindness, and attentiveness. Their friendly demeanor and helpfulness went a long way in making us feel at home. We could tell that they genuinely care about the experience of their guests, and it added so much to the overall vibe of the place. This hotel villa is an absolute gem, and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and rejuvenating escape.
